Spring is in the air here in Paso Robles. Leaves are coming out, grape vines are “pushing”, and the days are getting longer….As for the market…..inventory has come down quite a bit, but sales are still slow….about half what they were 2 years ago. Prices have generally dropped about 10%.
Feb 2007 Not much to report today. There are some great deals particularally in the 500-600 thousand range.
Wow we just had a cold snap like we have not seen since 1989/90 Lots of broken pipes around here!

Well it’s mighty slow here in Paso…not much is moving….there are some great prices but buyers are waiting….
The last week or so seem different. The phones are ringing again and agents are out showing property. who knows maybe the market is turning on again!?
Still a very attractive market for buyers, especially in the $450 - $650 range. Lots of homes to choose from!. Unique and or well priced homes are still moving fairly quickly. Give me a call.
Just got back from a short trip to Southern Oregon…big trees, uncrowded roads and arroyos with water in them! Prices are $150,000 to $200,000 less than Paso Robles. We even looked at a 2000 sq ft home on the beach for $559,000!
